As you may have all guessed from my last post i wasn't the happiest of campers the other day .As clan leader and commander in chief it often falls on me to be a little hard on you all sometimes this isn't by choice its just how shit go's

I had to have a good clear out of the clan list as many members who haven't joined in clan matches for at least a month no longer deserve to hold onto their place's.especially as there are new members joining all the time and in the interest of keeping free space on the list for new recruits this will happen from time to time.
some of you have expressed you was surprised to be off the list
well your names were never of the list in the first place its just when i send clan wide notice that i want you all to be aware of i send it to every name on my list which is always 100 men long its just easier for me that way.
so no need to worry unless you
1 haven't been in a match for a very long time and haven't informed the sarge of your expected absence
2 have sent me some bullshit msg that has pissed me off in some way in which case your name on the list is the last fucking thing you need to be worrying about especially if i know where you live ???
I'd keep an eye on the silver BMW that's about to run your arse over if i were you lol only joking but you get the idea ??
3 just don't want to be a clan member any ,ore.
I'm not about to kick anyone who don't deserve to be kicked nor am i about to kick out anyone who has been active
i had written a long and boring blog but when i tried to post it the fucking cunting thing went fucking blank so fuck it I'm not doing it again so here is the quick points of what i just said
no body who is a valued clan member is about to be kicked i just need to know who is in and who is out
i don't want lots of bullshit msg's telling me how school was this week that's not what I'm here for
commanders need to do more hosting than once a month as its your own faults if nobody turns up for your matches
host more often do you matches on the days when your supposed to and eventually they all will come to know and expect your matches to be on a certain day and at a certain time .
yes its hard work being a clan commander as I'm sure you have all found out some times the easy way some time s the hard way.
this is why when appointing you lot as commanders i warned you all of the lvl of commitment you need to have to be a good clan commander and so you get people to join your games regular
it takes time they don't all show up just because you got the job as a commander
this takes hard work and commitment by the commander to send out the massages and keep dong it no matter how bad the turn out eventually you too will get a big following to your matches it takes hard work as fuck all is free in this world a fact you will all come to realise one day.
also I'm starting new medals and ribbons awards for the deserving clan members who earn them. this will take a while for me to re organise the system but will be here soon .
I'm going to post some vids from dirt 3 so you all have some ting a bit lighter to watch than us getting killed online or the sarge moaning about dying ALL THE TIME HA HA HA LOL I KNOW I DO THAT A LOT LOL.
