As you all know Ive been making a big thing about training l8y and insisting on teamwork throughout our operations .On reflection both i and general snig08 have decided that we will only insist on teamwork tactical operational awareness when we are

1. a small group

2. in the right map decided by the operational commander on duty at the time

3.playing specific operations like capture the flag etc when we need troops to put down opposition to clear routes or we need to put defenders and assault troops in specific places doing specific jobs IE capturing flags or defending our stations .

Otherwise we will do our best to stay together support each other but generally continue as normal.

these new combat tactics are open to interpretation and i am always happy for you all to contribute to the operation with your skill and knowledge of how to complete task's but and its a big but if your not a clan commander then its not your place to second guess the Cmdr on duty during operations ,

that will just get you kicked from the match as it interferes with the operation.

if you are in command as a clan Cmdr then this shouldn't be an excuse for commanders to use my troops as cannon fodder either

i trust all the commander in this clan as they have earned the right to be trusted and they all have my full support,they should have yours too all of ya .
